Let me guess...
You want to enjoy motherhood, but it feels like you’re just surviving.
You feel overwhelmed trying to organize your day and never seem to get through your to-do list.
You feel uneasy when it comes to your baby’s health—germs, doctor visits, and even other people holding them can make you feel on edge.
Leaving the house feels like an Olympic sport—between feeding, packing, naps, and timing it all just right.
You’re finding it hard to feel like “yourself” again—your body, your routine, your relationships all feel different.
You thought you’d feel more joyful… but sometimes you just feel numb, frustrated, or like you’re failing.
You’re running on empty, but still putting everyone else first—and wondering when you get to matter again.

Meet Mandy Zoffness
I always knew I wanted to be a mother, but when my first daughter was born, I wasn’t prepared for how deeply life would change. My pregnancy was smooth and uneventful, and I had planned for a natural birth. After 32 hours of labor, I had an unplanned C-section. It was the first of many reminders that motherhood rarely goes as planned.
Those early days were a blur. No one told me how intense the “fourth trimester” would be—physically, emotionally, and mentally. I didn’t know if I was experiencing postpartum depression or just the baby blues. I remember coming home from the hospital, holding our tiny baby, and asking my husband, “Now what?” There was no manual, only overwhelming love mixed with exhaustion and uncertainty.
What I remember most is how dysregulated life felt
I’d wake up after sleepless nights with a crying baby or a screaming toddler, sometimes both, and feel completely lost. I wasn’t just tired—I was consumed. I didn’t know where to start, and I needed someone to help me sort through the chaos.
With each pregnancy, delivery, and stage of motherhood, I learned something new about myself. Every experience was different—each child brought their own unique journey—but what remained constant was the growth. I carried forward the lessons from one season into the next, applying what I had learned with more confidence and clarity each time.
But then, I found myself stepping into each stage with more ease, confidence, and calm
I’d been here before—and that experience gave me a deeper trust in myself. I started creating simple, intentional systems that brought structure and joy to my days and gave me space to breathe. As new rhythms took root, my anxiety softened. I stopped second-guessing and started truly hearing my instincts. There was more grace, more space, and a quiet confidence that whispered: You’ve got this—and I know you do too.
Everything changed when I stopped trying to do it all perfectly and instead built routines, mindset shifts, and supportive systems that actually fit my life. Suddenly, things felt more manageable—and meaningful.
My background
As a mom of three, I truly understand life during pregnancy and beyond, and as a Social Worker for over 18 years, I have practiced and refined my skill set to meet the needs of the moms that I work with. I am certified in Advanced Perinatal Mental Health Psychotherapy and Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders: Components of Care through Postpartum Support International. This has allowed me to combine my love of working with moms, with my passion for being a mother.
I am a contributor to Westchester Country Mom and currently live in Westchester, NY with my husband, three daughters and bernedoodle.
I saw too many strong, capable moms silently struggling
Not because they were failing—but because they were doing it all without enough support.
My clinical training gave me skills. Motherhood gave me lived experience.
Coaching brings them together—offering practical, compassionate support that meets moms where they are.
I created this space because moms deserve more than survival mode. You deserve to feel seen, supported, and reconnected to yourself—not just as a parent, but as a whole person.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much time does this take?
There’s no one-size-fits-all timeline because every mom’s journey is unique. The length of coaching depends on your goals, needs, and what kind of support feels right for you. My hope for you is to build lasting habits, explore long-term goals, and provide ongoing emotional support as your needs evolve.
Is This Therapy?
No. While I have a background in clinical social work, this is coaching—not therapy. It’s future-focused, goal-oriented, and tailored to your day-to-day needs.
what do sessions look like?
We meet weekly or bi-weekly to create collaborative, attainable goals. In each session, I meet you exactly where you are—focusing on the needs that are most present for you. Whether you’re preparing for labor and delivery, setting up a space for your baby both physically and emotionally, navigating the transition into motherhood, or finding your footing again afterward, each session is thoughtfully tailored to support your evolving journey.
CAN WE WORK TOGETHER REMOTELY?
Yes! Coaching is available virtually or in-home (if local). We’ll collaborate in the way that feels best for you.
